"A Safe Harbor" ORIGINAL $4800 - SOLD
46"x22" FRAMED Original Acrylic Painting on Masonite Panel - the Frame is by Matt!

Another High Gothic style icon painting of an Angel cradling a sailing ship. Lots of medieval/gothic iconography - inspired by old altarpieces by the likes of Hans Memling, Van der Weyden, etc.. If you look in the distance there are some ships in the harbor, and I rather fancy that this angel is a protector for those away at sea. The original piece featured a gothic arch frame by my husband Matt - the print/poster version has been cropped down to a perfect rectangle featuring details covered by the frame in the original. Original acrylic painting by me, of course! This original acrylic painting debuted and sold at the Spectrum Fantastic Art Live show in 2012, but at least we have prints!
The signed prints are a special size - 18.5" high by 9.25" wide and are on SALE for $19.99 this week only (might take a sec to pop up the sale price on eBay) - signed on the back by me - here:
