Art: Alstromeria a la Cubism by Artist Deanne Flouton

The Liliaceae family has undergone revision in recent years and many have been assigned to different families based on genetic relationships. The  Alstroemeria is a genus of the Liliaceae family which is purely ornamental. To me they are almost orchid-like with an irresistible beauty.

Although this may remind one of art from the Cubism period, it is computer generated in Studio Artist based on a photograph. The source photo was vectorized and subjected to other processes to create this abstract style.
