This is my Painting "The Wicked Fire." Any fan of the Wizard of Oz fan knows the situation for Dorothy. This is the point in the story when the Wicked Witch of the West Disappears in a cloud of Red Smoke and Fire. It is a beautiful scene. It really captures the feeling of the Wizard of Oz. I wanted to paint a Scene that had a lot of different colors. From the bright vibrant Reds to the deep blacks, this painting is Beautiful. There is so much detail in this painting. The munchkins and Dorothy, Glenda, and the smoke. The beautiful waterlily pond and the beautiful shines and reflections. I just love this piece. It almost feels like its moving and sparkling. Play with the light in this piece. Different amounts of light really change the mood of this Painting. I added a picture with a dim light. You can see the glow from the flames and sparkles on Glenda's Dress and the Ruby Slippers.  READY TO HANG!!!!!!!
