This large original painting, by artist Diane Millsap, captures a bleak and rainy day on an old street in an aging neighborhood. It is painted with pallet knife and brush in broad, expressive strokes. It is unframed, mounted on stretcher bars, ready for framing. The edges of the canvas are also sealed and painted, if you would choose to hang it unframed. Artist's statement : "In this painting, I just tried to capture the moment as I passed these buildings, not passing judgement, but just letting them tell their story to me."
