Historic 25th Street, downtown Ogden, UT, is a lovely artsy section with fun shops and galleries. This painting was painted for the Plein Air Competition of the Ogden Arts Festival to be held June 8th & 9th, 2012.
It was very warm in 90's when I was creating this art on site. It was a fun experience as people would stop to observe and give encouragement.
