A sweet little chickadee in a fanciful garden wishes to say, “This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24). Chickadees are some of my favorite wild birds!
This painting was first made with several layers of watercolor washes, and then some details were added with colored pencil.
