This was a really fun commission piece for the Page family in Raleigh, N.C. They were decorating a new home and while deciding their color themes opted for something with vivid colors for an entry hallway. A city street scene, taxis and all, is what was requested ... and I do love it when someone commissions something with a lot of color! I'm doing others in this style, but only two other city scenes ... the others are dance scenes, musicians, still life, etc.
